Cancellation Policy

A member may request cancellation of a plan by contacting support from the Support section of the member panel.

Cancellation stops future renewals and benefits from the date the request is approved. Income already credited for past periods is not reversed unless it was earned through a violation of the Terms & Conditions.

Cancelled plans are eligible for a refund only as described in the Refund Policy.
